Job Description

Job Title: Team PALocation: LondonRole PurposeTo provide highly efficient assistance to the Valuation Advisory Services team with PA responsibilities for senior team members within Operational Real Estate (OPRE).This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator looking for a role with scope to develop their PA skills and become involved with the business outside of their core responsibilities.Key Responsibilities: Team

  • Use Peoplesoft (CBREs finance system) to raise invoices, code/process external supplier invoices, register new projects.
  • Carry out Anti-money laundering checks for new clients with the help of the compliance team.
  • Manage the fee forecasting and review the billings report for the team.
  • Monitoring, maintaining and uploading information in internal databases; i.e. Salesforce/Client IQ, for use by the team and be able to extract information and reports for Senior Directors.
  • Maintaining a meticulous online filing system for all projects which adheres to CBRE standards of compliance (this includes preparation for external audits)
  • Formatting of PowerPoint presentations for pitches and internal presentations
  • Formatting Microsoft Word reports and other documents.
  • Booking travel via Corporate Travel Account online booking system.
  • Key Responsibilities: Directors only
  • Understanding of the teams priorities to enable effective diary management.
  • Arrange client and internal meetings, lunches and dinners.
  • Communicate with the team, ensuring awareness of whereabouts when valuers are lone working.
  • Assisting Directors with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
  • Occasional organisation of internal and external events including client entertaining and network events.
  • Assisting with new joiner procedures.

  • Good IT skills (Word, Excel, MS Outlook and Power Point).
  • Salesforce & PeopleSoft experience desirable but not essential
  • Can be trusted to be discrete with confidential information relating to both projects and the team members
