Team PA / AdministratorWest End London£34000 - £38000Our client is an international Shipping and Property Investment Company with offices worldwide, located in the heart of Mayfair. Recruiting an experienced and hands on Team PA / Administrator with outstanding Administration skills to join them and provide supportto a busy Director and Team. Duties will include:- Providing PA support to Director and team- Diary management - Travel arrangements - Dealing with incoming calls and liaising with clients- Organising internal/external meetings and arranging overseas conference calls - Assisting with projects - Update shipping information on internal database - Personal PA work for the Director including, booking appointments, arranging holidays and booking restaurants Skills and attributes: - Previous experience as a Team PA / Administrator - Strong IT skillsThis is an excellent opportunity for a hand on and flexible Team PA / Administrator to develop your skills and join a prestigious global organisation and work within a small profession and friendly team.
