You will be joining the business at a crucial time as we begin to restructureour field operation.As the first line of sales leadership for a small team of up to 8 dispersed and remote fundraisers/ambassadors you will take a hands-on approach, responsible for the selection and field training of new fundraisers in a defined geographical area, continuouslyworking with and coaching your team, driving results to deliver on all supporter acquisition targets, fundraising standards, and quality KPIs.As the frontline of both ours, and our charity partners brands, you and your team will ensure the highest standards of fundraising excellence, and your leadership style will be one of inspiration.
