Job Description

We are seeking a passionate, confident, and commercially driven Senior Retail Assistant to work in a stunning new experiential retail destination at Westfield. Unlike any other retail experience space, this futuristic studio comprises, what will be, four of the most desired cars to reach the UK in 2021.This flagship destination is set to be a landmark in the UK auto retail landscape as it sets the bar for new age dealerships. The studio will be truly one-of-a-kind, where consumers can experience the very best in test drives and auto experiences.Your overall accountabilities will include:

  • Being a powerful advocate of the brand, providing in-depth, passionately delivered knowledge across all product types, history, heritage and future
  • Working with the operations team to ensure the studio is fully functional, clean and presentable
  • Providing support to customers physically and digitally, delivering product demonstrations that are truly inspiring and engaging
  • Creating and maintaining a white glove consumer experience from first interaction to after care and being a true personal advisor to new and existing customers.
  • Performing a first class customer service in studio and during test drives
  • Guiding consumers of varying experience levels to try out products in ways that engage and entertain them personally
  • Generating sales in line with the brand guidelines - never taking a "hard sell" approach, but tailoring your approach to every individual customer’s needs
  • Using your own charisma, passion, hobbies and skills to bring the experience to life
  • Escalating customer queries as required, to ensure they receive the best possible resolution
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of policies and procedures to ensure presentation standards are upheld and company assets protected
  • Partake in ongoing training and development
  • Engage with brand and agency through tools provided
  • Achieving and exceeding customer satisfaction, and studio revenue KPIs
  • Being excited by new age retail and willing to partake in digital experiences and sales
  • Championing brand loyalty
    • Who are we looking for
  • Full drivers license - you must have a full driving license to be considered for this role
  • Professional, and a team player - able to work as part of a diverse and varied team, collaboratively, always seeking to achieve the best possible results against KPIs, together
  • A natural people-person, with exceptional communication and presentation skills, for one-on-one or group interactions
  • Experience of customer service and a sales background (3+ years) within premium / luxury segment.
  • A natural problem-solver, able to critically assess issues, and communicate solutions in a clear and understandable way
  • Someone with sales tenacity and passion for excellent customer service
  • A background in or passion for automotive is desired but not essential
  • European language would be an advantage
  • Substantial Knowledge of all Microsoft packages
