VoiceFoundry a TTEC Digital LLC company is seeking a Team Lead AWS Engineeringto join our team This is a remote rolebased in the United Kingdom Why choose VoiceFoundryto enhance and broaden your career Weare just as passionate about the relentless pursuit of Customer Success by providingideal solutions to solving our clients business problems by driving customerexperience outcomes with our enhanced technical capabilities as you are Whether youre the Engineer Architect ProjectManager Practice Leader or Sales Executive we need your talent to help us inour exciting journey to success What youll be doing VoiceFoundry teams function as autonomous units working withmultiple clients at any given time Developerteams consist of three to four developers including the team lead and aproject manager After receiving SOWs and rough requirements from our salesteam the Team Lead works with the PM on the team to perform detailed discoveryand to plan out the sprints of the project alongside the clients productowners Our teams are treated as group of equals but the lead has the finalsay and responsibility for the technical decisions made on a project As such the lead must be able to handle professional conflict in a way that isproductive and edifying not destructive to the morale of their teammates Reporting to the Technology Manager the Team Leadsare expected to contribute to Best Practice Documentation within theorganization VoiceFoundrys solutions include an ever-evolving field ofAWS-focused contact center implementations and the Lead is expected to stay currenton the latest and greatest from Amazon as well as the broader industry The TeamLead will ensure VoiceFoundry continues to polish our practice in order todeliver faster with higher quality and better performance for our clients What youll bring to us While our Lead AWS Developers are the most senior developeron their team they function as architects that still write code While each dayis different daily responsibilities include but not limited to the following - Morning meetings with internal team andclients- Requirements analysis and designconversations when you have a new project starting - Working on issues in Jira with your team -building systems creating CloudFormation Serverless templates to deployresources etc - Helping junior team members with strugglesin code and in teamwork - Studying new AWS Services tools or evennew languages to address project needs - You need to be ready to learnquickly What skills youll need - Demonstrated expert knowledge of AWSservices and cloud architecture- Experience with AWS services includingLambda DynamoDB S3 CloudFormation RDS Redshift VPC Networkconfigurations- 5 years of development experience in webdevelopment roles- A strong understanding of the way the webworks- Thorough knowledge of agile methodologiessuch as Scrum- Ability to mentor more junior team membersand to correct in a constructive manner fostering growth in the teamsskills while strengthening relationships amongst team members- The ideal candidate seeks to understandbefore prescribing a solution - Love of technology and the latest andgreatest in development best practices especially the latest services fromAWSPreferred Skills - AWS Certifications - Solutions Architect Developer or Sysops- Extra preference given to candidates withmultiple certifications including pro-level certs- Strong knowledge of CloudFormation and theServerless Framework- Experience with AWS Services such as ElasticSearch Kibana AWS Glue Athena QuickSight Transcribe Comprehend SagemakerWho We Are Weare passionate about the customer experience With a deep legacy of over 30years in the contact center environment we have the expertise to help younavigate the key technologies in order to deliver an exceptional c
