Job Description

A fantastic opportunity for a Team Assistantor Team EA to build their career in a growing investment company surrounded by friendly, collegiate colleagues whilstenjoying flexible working options. You will join an existing team of 3 Assistants to supporta thriving investment team and will work with 5 or 6 professional schedules from Analyst to Director level.We will need to see that you have been accustomed to managing multiplecalendars across time zones and coordinating very high volume international travel arrangements. In terms of pace, you need to be ready for the days plans to go out of the window as dealsget re-prioritised so you must be quick thinking, responsive and fast to react to changing deadlines.Day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Diary management for between 5 and 6 professionals across the investment and investor relations teams
  • Arranging in-person and video callmeetings (using Microsoft Teams, Webex, Zoom)
  • Planning and organising complex national and international travel, often multi-leg (organising visas, liaising with travel agent and hotels for corporate deals and arranging car pick-ups)
  • Filing, scanning, printing
  • Preparing materials using Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel)
  • Creating meeting agendas and materials
  • Arranging lunches and dinners and assisting in events and conference planning
  • Updating and maintainingthe company CRMs
  • Processing and managing all business and personal expenses
  • General administrative support around the office and working with the close-knit assistant team to ensure there are no organisational gaps.
You will be based in modern offices in Chelsea, close to Sloane Square and will enjoy excellent corporate perks and flexible working (2/3 days spent in the office). You will need to demonstrate a track record in supporting busy, professional teams (managing more than 1-2 calendars) and be accustomed to working on international travel itineraries. Degree education preferred but not essential.
