Job Description

An new exciting Team Coordinator role working for an award winning organisation based in the city has just become available. This is a newly created role that would suit an ambitious and organised individual looking for a hybrid position with PA, Admin and HR duties. You have the opportunity to really make this exciting opportunity your own, as the new Team Coordinator.This role is a 12 month fixed term contract and will be extended after the 12 months.This role is remote and the successful candidate would be expected to go into the office 1 day per week from JulyResponsibilities include

  • Act as a focal point of contact for the business
  • Management of the office space and meeting rooms
  • Receiving calls, take messages and route incoming and outgoing correspondences
  • Inbox management
  • Preparing regularly scheduled reports
  • Travel arrangements
  • Maintaining diaries, arranges meetings, and appointments and provide reminders
  • Processing teams monthly expenses
  • Responsible for on boarding new starters
  • Managing employee records and tracking team absences
  • Point of contact for all office admin and HR related requirements and enquiries
  • Assist with certain compliance related tasks
  • Organise guest bookings for soon-to-launch podcast
  • Organise team events
  • Additional projects to support the Director and Editor in working toward their common goals.

  • Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to plan ahead

  • Being collaborative and excellent team working skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal; including emails, drafting reports
  • A good telephone manner
  • Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Google Docs
