Job Description

Our client is a global leader in the Intelligence business sector who are based in the City close to London Bridge.They are looking for a Practice Coordinator to assist the 6 global managers and their teams.This is a new role and your duties will be varied, this includes;

  • Follow and set up new processes
  • Contract management
  • Invoicing
  • Chasing debts
  • Dealing with internal stakeholders and speaking to clients
  • Be the central point for information
  • Administration
  • The ideal candidate will have done a similar role with 5 to 10 years experience in professional services. Experience of dealing with global time zones. You need to be detail orientated and not frightened to ask for more information.You need to be extremely organised and be a natural problem solver.The company use Goggle Suite, CRM, and Sales-force.Hours are 9/6.
