Job Description

Team Assistant - PropertyWest EndPermanent£28,000 - £35,000 (hybrid 3:2)A large property firm based in the West End is looking to hire a Team Assistant to join a small but dynamic team. This is a great chance to get into a friendly firm who are really investing in their employees and long term development.WHAT YOU’LL DOThis is a great Team Assistant role, working closely with a PA to support a busy team! Typical duties include:

  • Acting as a gatekeeper for the team, answering the phone, directing calls to the relevant person or taking detailed messages.
  • Ensuring reports are completed on time for the team.
  • Helping with invoicing
  • Updating and completing forms in connection to the teams deals.
  • Updating Excel Spreadsheets
  • Processing expenses
  • Booking meeting rooms for client meetings.
  • Booking UK based travel
WHO YOU ARETo be successful, you will have experience in a similar Team Assistant or Admin based role, be an efficient problem solver and be able to deal with multiple requests at any given time. Essential requirements:
  • Experience within an admin-based role within a corporate environment
  • Experience in property would be beneficial but not essential
  • Ability to work at an incredibly fast pace
  • Proactive nature
  • Good use of initiative
  • Efficient problem solver
  • High attention to detail
