Job Description

A globalinvestment firm seeks a bright, focused and ambitiousimmediatelyavailableTeam Assistant that is keen to work to enhance their secretarialsupport in a dynamic. If you are looking for a highly organisational role, then thisis the perfect role for you!You will have the chance to work closely and support a team of Senior Associates, whilst also working closely with another Executive Assistant. This is an opportunity for you, a Team Assistant, to flourish in a global company where you can add value and developyour skills. A fantastic chance to be part of a top firm that will allow you to refine and further hone your secretarialcareer.The firm are looking for a proactive and engaging candidate who haveproven Team Assistant experience.You will have experience in managing busy schedules, prioritising appointments and travel management. To be considered for this role, you must have the below requirementsand must have carried out the below responsibilities.Duties include, but not limited too:

  • Extensive calendar management
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings and calls
  • Organising travel arrangements, international and domestic flights, accommodation
  • Providing support for colleagues when needed
  • Expense and additional ad-hoctasks
Requirements:
  • Youmusthave1- 3 years of experience as a Team Assistant- this is a requirementfor this role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to use your initiative and be one step ahead
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise a heavy workload
To be considered for this role you should have experience of as an Assistant within a corporate business, ideally the investment sector or private equity.This is a 3 month assignment.
