Job Description

Team AssistantCity based (Holborn) Hybrid working£30,000-35,000 + excellent benefitsOur client is a mid-sized membership firm that specialises in the Investment sector and has a fast-paced, but collaborative company culture, where employees are key. Due to expansion they are hiring a team assistant to join a team that supports 3 Directors in diary management, updating CRM database, completing expenses, arranging and coordinating team meetings and events and any other adhoc duties. You will attend and minutemeetings and ensure that the documentation is prepared pre and post meeting. The ideal candidate will be educated to A level and have relevant team assistant or secretarial experience where they have had to work with confidential information and support a team. In return, you will work within a varied and fast-paced environment and have excellent career opportunities. They work to a Hybrid model with 3 days working from home.
