Job Description

This role is for our client, a highly professional City based global Asset management companyWe are looking for an experienced Team Assistant, who has recent experience of supporting large teams in a fast paced, financial services company. You will be supporting the Heads of 4 specialist Funds and their teams of c20-25. Initially you will be working from home, but as soon as safe to return to the office you will be base in very smart City offices.Main duties:

  • Managing diaries and meeting for Heads of Teams
  • Arranging International travel management: creating itineraries, applying for Visas, liaison with booking team for fights, taxis and accommodation.
  • Expense and invoice processing (management and logging)
  • Cover for other team assistants as required.
  • Hours 9am - 5pm with flexibility for occasional overtimeCompany benefits include: 25 days holiday, 10% non-contributory pension, Private healthcare, discretionary bonus, discounted membership to the gym, Cycle 2 Work Scheme and Eye CarePerson specification
  • asset management/financial services experience essential
  • stable CV with a minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role
  • degree education preferred, but not essential

  • able to learn quickly and use own initiative
