Team Assistant - Specialist Recruiter £25k - £28.5k Full time - Permanent - Hybrid workingCity of LondonIs this the role for you: Are you looking for an exciting, busy, and varied new Team Assistant opportunity working for a specialist recruitment / headhunting firm My client, who are based in the City are seeking a highly motivated and organised Team Assistant to support a team ofprofessionals on a permanent basis.What you will do: As a Team Assistant you will provide full support to a small team of recruiters whilst also providing wider support to the business when necessary. You will be responsible for a range of duties, including sourcing potential candidates, liaising with potentialand current candidates, formatting CVs and other documentation, assisting with and writing adverts, compliance, researching, updating spreadsheets, and assisting with any other adhoc admin requirements. Additionally, you will maintain the database and CRMand you will communicate with internal and external stakeholders.What you will need: To be successful in this role, you will be highly organised, have excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, as well as advanced computer skills including MS Office Suite, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Working knowledge of Bullhorn will alsobe beneficial.
