Job Description

Team Assistant£30,000 - £35,000 *Depending on experience 9am - 6pm Full Time, Office Based - Based near Bank StationOur client, a fast-paced Financial Services company based within the heart of the City are looking for a Team Assistant to join their friendly and dynamic team on a permanent basis!This is fantastic opportunity for someone looking for progression and next step up in career to a Team Assistant.Why Work for this Company

Duties:
  • General administration duties to support the office and management team.
  • Organising meetings and managing databases.
  • Booking transport and accommodation.
  • Organising company events.
  • Ordering stationery and furniture.
  • Dealing with correspondence, complaints, and queries.
  • Preparing letters, presentations, and reports.
  • Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff.
  • Managing office budgets.
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients.
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures & office administrative systems.
  • Delegating tasks to junior employees.
  • Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date.
  • Attending meetings with senior management.
Requirements:
  • Strong administrative background working in an office environment.
  • Experience within an admin/office support role.
  • Confident in managing team and supporting office.
  • Excellent IT skill, tech savvy and ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Personality extremely important - bubbly, personable, friendly, motivated.
  • Team player who is happy to take on any task and get involved.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Self-starter, proactive and ability to use initiative.
