Job Description

On behalf of Deutsche Bank, we are looking for a Team Assistant for a 6 monthcontract, on a daily rate via a PAYE basis, based in the banks Winchester house offices on a hybrid working model, 3 days per week in the office and the rest of the week workingfrom home.Deutsche Bank is a global banking business with strong roots in Germany and operations in over 70 countries. There arefour business divisions: the Corporate Bank, the Investment Bank, the Private Bank and the Asset Manager DWS. There are also a number of highly skilled functions performing key management tasks.Together were sharing new perspectives and transforming what it means to be a bank.Purpose of the role:You will be dealing with a number of senior and junior staff on a daily basis within the FIGteam.Key responsibilities

  • Proactive diary management - ensure that the individual is supplied with the appropriate documentation when attending meetings, video and audio conference calls
  • Extensive and complex diary management, travel arrangements
  • Organising adhoc and regular meetings via video, audio conference calls or in person across a variety of time zones
  • Prioritise engagements as directed by management
  • Creation of complex international travel requests
  • Message taking and being in a position to direct callers
  • Team phone coverage required
Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior assistant experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in booking complex travel and diary management
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
