Job Description

An exciting opportunity to make a difference and work in a fast-paced environment for a leading Executive search firm in the West End. This is an exciting opportunity to work as a critical member of a team that is making a huge difference within the firm.They offer hybrid working where you will be based from the office 3 days per week and the remaining days remotely. The hours are 9am-5:30pm.What you will doThe primary responsibilities of this role is to support the team with quality secretarial administration.

  • Diary management
  • Liaising with clients and candidates
  • Manage team deliverables, teams capacity and assignment log
  • Proofread and organise client documentation
  • Internal meeting management and issuing materials and agendas
  • Assist with event management - ensuring they run smoothly
  • Update the systems to ensure accurate up to date information on clients and candidates
  • Expense processing for consultants and candidates
  • Advert administration and management
