Job Description

Team AssistantAre you looking for a new Team Assistant position within a successful and growing consulting organisation where you will be part of a small team delivering the best results. You will be able to work very closely with the EAs where you will be able to learnand develop in your role.Main duties:

  • Providing support to the four Executive Assistants across the teams which will include interaction with Partners and Consultants.
  • Meeting and greeting clients.
  • Setting up and coordinating meetings, lunches, vc calls etc.
  • Booking travel arrangements.
  • Preparing documentation - reports, letters, proposals, presentations.
  • Handling telephone calls - transferring or taking messages.
  • Expenses for all Partners and Consultants monthly.
  • Helping organise events.
  • General office management duties - ordering stationery, business cards, office supplies and ensuring that the kitchen is well stocked.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Dealing with service providers - IT, couriers etc.
  • Keeping records updated on the database.
The ideal candidate:
  • Previous relevant experience within a professional environment.
  • Able to pick up new systems and processes quickly, as well using your initiative to suggesting better working systems.
  • Able to deal with changing priorities and deadlines as well as last minute changes.
  • Happy to work in a small, close knit team.
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and oral.
  • Able to handle highly confidential information.
  • Focussed and committed to the position.
  • Excellent IT skills.
