Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join a dynamic team as a Team Assistant. As a Team Assistant, you will provide administrative and secretarial support to the CEO, Executive Chairman, and the rest of the team.Client DetailsThis West End based Financial Services client is a global aviation leasing company that specialises in helicopter and fixed-wing aircraft leasing, financing, and management services. The company owns and manages a large fleet of aircraft, which it leasesto a range of customers, providing financing, re-marketing, and fleet management services.DescriptionFor this Team Assistant position

  • Manage the CEOs and Executive Chairmans calendars, including scheduling meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements.
  • Provide administrative support such as drafting emails, managing correspondence, and maintaining files and records.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings and events, including booking venues, catering, and transportation.
  • Assist with the organisation and maintenance of the office, ensuring a clean and organised work environment.
  • Help with the logistical organisation of all company events.
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
ProfileA successful candidate:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an Team Assistant role supporting a busy team.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Knowledge of helicopter leasing industry would be an advantage.
