Our current client list includes financial institutions based in Europe, CIS, MENA, Africa and Asia.Job description:We are currently recruiting a Team Support Executive (TSE) to join our team on a permanent contract in the City of London. As a key team member of Aspire Insurance Advisers, the TSE position is a multi-faceted role, with responsibilities split between supportingthe Managing Director, Account Management, Business Development and Finance functions.Key responsibilities

  • Administer the office facilities ensuring an efficient, healthy and safe working environment
  • Assist with HR management including administering performance processes, holiday entitlement, team member travel arrangements and expenses
  • Account Management and business development team support in respect of;
  • Existing, new and prospective insurance benefit programmes
  • Collation and preparation of data for programme management, underwriting and reporting purposes
  • Preparation of client, prospect and underwriter presentations, materials, etc.
  • CRM administration (SalesForce.com) and upkeep
  • Assist in the development and management of the Aspire website and marketing collateral
  • To generally support the management and team members in retaining, developing and growing the business in a wholly compliant manner whilst maximizing efficiencies, cost effectiveness and professionalism
  • Be conversant with the regulatory environments in which the Company operates and adhere to any Company, regulatory or legal requirements at all times.
