The Role:A highly regarded architecture and interior design studio are seeking a Team Admin Coordinator to join their dedicated team.The practice work on groundbreaking projects on an international scale, with hard-working and passionate staff.This isa great opportunity for someone who wants a challenge to support an ambitious design team and who has a genuine appreciation for architecture and interior design.Key Responsibilities: Work alongside the interior design team to support the London studio Coordinatesupplier visits and maintains supplier database Maintain team diaries and minute taking Coordinate purchases of accessories, collate receipts, check items on delivery Assist with installations of FFE on site Send out samples, maintain the samples library,coordinate returns Create PowerPoint and InDesign brochures and presentations for client meetings On hand to help with ad hoc admin tasks for other teams within the practiceKey Skills: Excellent and efficient at administrative tasks Exceptional skills acrossWord, Excel, PowerPoint and InDesign are essential Extremely organised, thorough, and methodical approach Proactive with a willingness to assist on a variety of tasks Great communication skills and a team player Enthusiasm for interior design with the abilityto muck into all aspects of the role A meticulous and keen eye for detailTo apply for this position please click on the pink apply button to attach your CV.By applying for this role, you agree to our Privacy Policy (full details are shown at the bottom ofour website).The Crowd is an equal opportunities employer and agency.
