As an Intervention TA, youwould be working with individual and small groups of children to provideadditional support with reading, writing and mathematics, as well as supportingtheirsocial, emotional and mental needs. A knowledge of interventionprogrammes is an advantage, but not essential. The ideal candidate will becommitted to working in an inclusive framework, working closely with classteachers and the Special Educational Needs Coordinator.We are looking for high-calibreapplicants with a passion for learning and high expectations for all pupils. Wewant those who can bring motivation, energy and excellent communication skillsto the role. Initially this roleis mornings only - 8.45am - 12.30pm (18.75 hours per week), but it islikely to increase.
