We are looking to appoint aninspirational teaching Assistant who engages learners and will joinour fantastic team who are striving to provide a rich, extended curriculumwith particular experience of Upper Key Stage 2. In your role as a TeachingAssistant you will have the responsibility for nurturing our pupils as well asfacilitating learning interventions and focus groups so children can reachtheir full potential. You will support with interactive playground activities,lead groups as well as play a leading role in the classroom. If you have particular skills andexperience in sports, Forestry, outdoor learning, drama, Art, we would love tohear from you. You will be class based during the morning and teaching groupsand delivering sessions in the afternoon, working alongside other colleagues.Assist with teaching and learningof pupils in classWorking as a team member withinthe staff group to assist with play, wellbeing and mental health, communicationwith parents and support of children education.Provide feedback to pupils at allstages of their learningCommunicate with parents whenrequiredLead interventions set by classteacherProvide resources for pupils toimpact learning developmentAdminister first aid andmedication when required.Have good IT skillsExperience of speech and languagesupportBe prepared to get involved withthe children throughout the whole day.Opportunityto do Breakfast ClubWe are a dedicatedstaff with a supportive leadership team set in a beautifulcountryside setting.
