We are looking to appoint a high performing, full time teachingassistant who has at least 2 years experience of working with children withadditional learning needs in Key Stage One and/orTwo. You will have experienceof supporting a wide range of needs and a clear understanding of how toinspire and motivate children to achieve their targets. You know how to make a difference.The successful applicant will havea good standard of education (equivalentto GCSE grade C in at least Englishand maths) and have a clear understanding of strategies to support andchallenge pupils with moderate learning difficulties.
