[Part time - 25.9 hours per week, 3.5 days] Based in our excellent Animal Care department at Broomfield Hall you will deliver the practical and theory aspects of the Animal Care curriculum across levels 1,2 and 3. You will be required to deliver high quality,inspirational teaching which encourages learners to reach their full potential, promoting progression on to higher level courses or preparing them for careers working with animals. As part of the Animal Care team, you will be required to participate in theresourcing and preparation of the course delivery and assessment, undertake course administration including setting and reviewing academic targets with learners.You will take an active part in course related trips and visits, recruitment of learners and supportingthe work experience that learners undertake as part of their course as well as ensuring that all college and awarding body standards are met.The successful candidate will have proven experience of providing outstanding support for learners and be flexible,self-motivated, and dedicated to student achievement and quality.
