Your responsibilities will include reporting directly to an exceptional KS2 Coordinator who truly leads from the front, whilst putting into practice the Inclusive Teaching policies of the core school ethos. In general, you will be utilising the schools exceptional Teaching Assistants in your lessons, giving you the chance to concentrate on delivering the best possible lessons to your pupils. Working in such a caring environment the SLT follow a supportive policy where new teachers work closely with a Parallel teacher to help them adapt to the new school.
