Job Description

Tax Advisor - FTSE 250 International Telecoms - Remote Working - Day rate Contract or Fixed Term ContractArnold Ash have been engaged by a Market Leading FTSE 250 Business who recently went through a successful IPO to identify and attract a Tax Advisor to support the Group Tax and Treasury Manager for year end and beyond.The Tax Advisor will:

  • Provide Tax Support on M&A investment projects and focussed investments
  • Coordinate the reporting year-end tax for the Groups Financial Statements
  • Report and Support to the Group Tax and Treasury Manager
    • The successful Tax Advisor should have:
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in a Finance role desirable with at least 1-2 years as Post or Part qualified accountant/tax advisor
  • Track record of exposure to technical tax projects, tax accounting and reporting under IFRS standards and international tax matters.
  • M&A deals tax experience would be ideal but not a requirement, coaching provided.
  • Tax experience in an accountancy firm or within the Tax/Finance function of listed company (ideally Big 10 Consultancy or FTSE 250)
