Our client is a well established news and media company who are looking to add a Talent & Performance Business Partner to their team.In this role youll be reporting to theHead of Talent & Performance where youll be responsible for the end-to-end talent management approach and processes. In order to achieve this youll need toidentify critical talent, creating and managing talent poolsand succession plans, and ensuring that the critical talent is provided with outstanding career development and learning experience.
