Job Description

In 2018, we became a Certified B Corporationand in 2019 were recognisedas a B Corp Best for the World Honoree - highlighting our commitment to doing good by our people, the environment and the community.Earlier in 2021, Scottish Equity Partnerscompleted a significant growth equity investment in FundApps, becoming a long term partner to drive continued product innovation and support further expansion of our international client base.The roleOur People Operations (nicknamed POPS internally) team is growing! Reporting to the People Operations Manager, youll support all sales, client services, operations and regulatory recruitment across FundApps, including sourcing, branding, recruitment andemployer/agency partnerships. Youll be excited by continuously looking for creative ways to improve the recruitment process to adapt to our growing team and business. You care deeply about diversity and inclusion and will play a key part in educating hiringteams and partnering with agencies, job boards and hiring platforms that support our initiatives.What youll be working on

    • Youll define and deliver our hiring strategy to attract and onboard new FundAppers in our sales, client services, operations and regulatory teams.
    • Youll build a world-class candidate experience that aligns with our values and manage the recruitment cycle from advertising to onboarding.
    • Youll partner with team leaders to understand hiring needs, build sourcing strategies and scout talent globally across job platforms.
    • Youll manage relationships with agencies, hiring platforms and organize recruitment events.
    • Youll analyse talent metrics to find scalable improvements in how we recruit the top tech and business talent globally.
    • Deliver at pace, but never at the expense of a personable and authentic experience.
What youll bring to the team
    • Demonstrable commercial recruitment experience in an in-house generalist HR, recruitment or talent agency role requiring partnership with hiring managers.
    • Flawless written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable talking with people at all levels.
    • An expert relationship-builder - with hiring managers, agencies, industry reps and candidates.
    • Ability to analyse data and metrics of success with an eye for detail.
Bonus Points
    • Experience using an ATS (ex. Lever, Workable, Greenhouse)
    • Experience managing agency relationships and using hiring platforms
    • Master of GIFs, emojis and HR/recruitment puns
