Job Description

Do you have marketing and communications experience Were on the lookout for an inclusive, collaborative and passionate Senior Marketing Executive to work within our talent team. This role comes with a generous salary and the flexibility to work from home,as well as in our London offices, EC2.The Senior Marketing Executive will define and implement multi-channel recruitment marketing strategies to support talent attraction and engagement. The successful candidate will have previous recruitment marketing experience with the ability to deal withmultiple requests to deliver projects across all channels.If you were already in this marcomms role, here are some things you would have done last week:

  • Activities including industry research, employer brand and EVP analysis, targeted content creation and distribution, social recruiting, job-board advertising, and more
  • Briefing design and copywriting teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality creative recruitment marketing campaigns
  • Reporting, delivering ROI, and demonstrating the value of digital marketing within the recruitment process
  • Partnering with on-site teams and presenting at client reviews
  • Up-skilling recruitment teams
You will be highly motivated, personable, and confident. You may come from a recruitment marketing background where youve learned to juggle projects in a busy environment and work as part of a team.
