We are transforming our business by harnessing technology and empowering our people.About the roleAs part of the organisational development team and reporting to the Head of Talent, we are looking for a HR professional to be responsible for the implementation of the Royal Mail Group talent strategy and oversee the coordination and administration of all aspects of the Graduate programme including reviewing the development element of the programme, planning, organizing, leading, budgeting and coordinating all programme activities. Alongside this you will also be responsible for the broader talent reviews and programmes at the mid-senior manager level, and attraction and conversion of internships.Working with key stakeholders including business leaders, we will look to you to ensure that the programme meets the business immediate resourcing needs and is aligned to the group talent strategy. Liaising with learning suppliers, you will ensure high quality delivery against world class learning standards and own and develop the graduate attraction, on-boarding, induction and off-boarding processes of the graduate programme.You will be involved in new initiatives workshops and frameworks to ensure graduates are developing technical and leadership skills alongside ensuring the diversity and inclusion are at the heart of all key decisions and effective steps are taken to drive inclusive culture through graduate programmes.This role can be based anywhere in the UK with an expectation to be in our head office in Central London at least 2-3 days per week which will clearly flex based on business demand.About youAlongside the skills and experience listed below, we are looking for an individual with full experience in early careers, that has developed and ran future focussed grad programmes in matrixed and complex organisations. With ability to lead and develop leading edge attraction campaigns, you will also understand key talent, succession planning and pipelining principles and can demonstrate strategic thought and ability to scale ideas.Key Skills & Attributes•Positive, can-do mind-set.
