Job Description

A global recruitment firm, established in 1985 and listed on the London Stock Exchange, wishes to recruit an experienced Talent Development Manager to join their highly regarded HR/Talent Development Team in London. Reporting directly to the Global Headof HR, the scope of the role will be to support the strategic objective of offering our people better careers, which will push them, encourage them and offer endless possibilities.The Talent Development Manager is a global role, focussed on supporting the development of our critical talent, leaders and leadership teams across Global, APAC and Group Support Functions. Travel is on hold but may be required once travel opens up. Thiswill be minimal.Key experience required:Organizational Development

  • Full understanding and extensive experience of the Organisational Development lifecycle from needs analysis, diagnosis, design, delivery and evaluation
  • Managing the full cycle of talent development deliverables - initial needs analysis, building out solutions, designing solutions, delivering solutions, reviewing the solutions, providing summarised outputs, strong stakeholder management
Executive Coaching
  • Deep understanding and application of Executive Coaching - ability to share own model and framework for executive coaching together with accreditation with a reputable body
Leadership development
  • Experience of designing and developing talent development content (with a heavy focus on leadership and leadership team development) using a creative approach - a balance between theoretical and practical approach
Delivery approach
  • Operate as a natural consultant in terms of style and approach - being able to build strong rapport and relationships with internal stakeholders, strong communication, problem solving, decision making, creative thinking, solution focussed, customer orientated,flexible and resilient
Project management
  • Ability to plan and manage multiple projects and manage expectations with key stakeholders along the way - ability to pro-actively scope and manage timelines, resources and capacity management
Psychometrics
  • Psychometric experience - qualifications in personality profiling, strengthscope, emotional intelligence, 360 feedback would be desirable
Other
  • Exceptional communication skills and a commercially-minded approach will be key, as will the ability to work in a highly-collaborative team-based environment.
