They are all working on a fully remote basis until at least June 2021, and beyond this, they have introduced a new remote-first flexible working policy which means you’ll work from home for the majority of the week with 1-2 days max in the office.Why are they recruiting for this roleThey have lots of roles that they need filling. This is a new role and could certainly become permanent.What will you be doingYou will be focused purely on hiring Data Analytics roles into this business. The focus here is on direct sourcing but they are happy for some usage of agencies.Who are we looking forWe are not looking for a Steady Eddy’. We want to find genuinely passionate individuals that have not yet hit their peak. You will be someone that is on a definite upward trajectory in their career with huge desire to help a very special business with filling roles in data analytics. Experience of this is key! We are after a strong recruiter.You will be someone who is innovative and challenging and can substantiate the achievements listed on their CV. Our client needs someone that is really commercial and able to identify ways to improve the return on the investment that they make in this role. This is a business that faces real and positive change on an ongoing basis and you need to be comfortable going to work somewhere where you will not have all the answers available to you straight away.You will be able to demonstrate a clear return on investment and value for initiatives that you have both led and implemented. We don’t just want an implementer, we are after someone that seeks continual engagement with stakeholders and has the ability to add value through creative yet practical talent acquisition solutions.You should be someone with a real intent of purpose.
