Currently, we havethree developments under construction, one in Birmingham, one in Manchester, and one opening in Watford this summer, with two more in the pipeline, including Leeds and a second phase in Watford.Role OverviewAs a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you partner with hiring managers to anticipate and meet our evolving workforce needs and introduce the most qualified talent into the organization. Here are the roles youll play:The Talent Scout Meet with hiring managers to forecast their staffing needs and gain a clear understanding of their matching qualifications Scour online professional networks, comb through rsums, and conduct prescreening phone interviews Identify the best of the bestpeople who live our values and model our brandto fill open positions within a variety of departmentsThe Connector Connect hiring managers with the most qualified applicants while maintaining wonderful relationships with all parties involved Help narrow down the interview candidates, coordinate the interview, hand off necessary paperwork, and partner with HR to initiate offer letters and due diligence Give candidates the information they need when they need it until they are so wowed by the experience they cant wait to accept the job Introduce new hires into the Cortland fold, creating a smooth transition thats comfortable for allThe Ambassador Act like a walking advertisement for the Cortland brand, bragging about all the benefits we have to offer, including our incentive and relocation assistance programs Attend career fairs and networking events to target potential new hires and excite them about working for Cortland Seek out marketing and advertising programs that will grow our online presence and ensure that our job postings reach the best candidates possibleThe Impact You Can Make Managers rave about the caliber of the candidates you send their way, wishing they could hire every single one.
