Job Description

Adecco Public Sector are delighted to be working in partnership with a large charity to recruit a Talent Acquisition Business Partner for a 12-month fixed term contract.As the Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will be responsible for managing both UK and international recruitment campaigns across a diverse business portfolio, including interim and permanent opportunities.You will manage campaigns up to mid-senior level ensuring they are aligned to the values of the organisation and follow talent acquisition best practice. Lead complex campaigns through the full life cycle from meeting with the hiring manager to understandrequirements through to offer management and on-boarding.The successful incumbent will also support and lead on continuous improvement initiatives across the Talent Acquisition directorate including the creation of templates, processes, and training.This is a truly exciting opportunity to implement a variety of sourcing strategies to attract a high calibre of talent that supports the delivery of the organisational business strategy.About You

  • Significant experience of recruiting across a range of functions at all levels including interim and permanent roles.
  • A track record in sourcing, attracting, and recruiting candidates across different geographies.
  • Previous experience of operating within a complex internal recruitment environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage a busy workload.
  • Customer centric approach with experience in providing an excellent candidate experience.
  • Demonstrable experience in providing timely advice and guidance to hiring managers through the full campaign including creating role profiles, shortlisting, and interview support.
