Job Description

Talent Acquisition AdministratorTemporary contract 4 weeks initially£13 per hourFull time 37.5 hours per weekHybrid working London Tate are currently working in partnership with a high-end, luxurious fashion brand in their search for a Talent Acquisition Administrator. JOB PURPOSE

  • Provide effective and efficient administrative and coordination support to the Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager and TA Specialists
  • Responsible for administrative activities and sourcing - interview scheduling, travel booking, CV screening and talent pooling
  • Responsible for administrative activities for volume roles using the assessment tools outlined by the business
  • To ensure efficient and effective day to day coordination of recruitment activities and to ensure that agreed KPIs and SLAs are met and adhered to, delivering with a continuous improvement mind-set
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Book interviews for Resourcing CoE and line managers - Liaising with candidates, line managers and agencies on interview times/dates
  • Sending out interviewing confirmations to candidates and Resourcing CoE / line managers
  • Administer sourcing requests when received, including attraction, sourcing, screening and support with candidate assessment
  • Develop talent pools of candidates for roles as requested by the TA Specialists
  • Managing the careers inbox and responding to emails accordingly
PERSONAL PROFILE
  • Previous recruitment experience in a similar role within an established recruitment team
  • Exceptional MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Sound administration experience
  • Able to manage competing demands on time.
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Awareness of when to refer non-routine enquiries to more senior colleagues
  • Ability to engage with communicate the right response to the requests
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Skills and experience in data analysis and interpretation
  • Relevant technical proficiency in the use of systems and/or procedural guidelines
