Job Description

Great opportunity for an Oracle Functional HR & CRM Analyst to work on an exciting Defence Project.Our team supports the demands of the current Change Programme and support the day to day maintenance of the JPA application. With three major releases each year, this role is both fast paced, challenging and requires someone that can balance multiple strandsof work in a fast paced and ever changing environment.We can offer great career progression opportunities, ability to be based anywhere across the UK, benefits which you can flex to meet your needs and training and development opportunities.This is a Hybrid role, working 2 days a week from one of our offices in Glasgow, Newport or Gosport.What youll be doing:

  • Detailed business analysis and requirements gathering
  • Produce detailed design specifications and provide estimates
  • Construct the configuration of core and custom Oracle modules
  • Produce test specifications
  • Unit testing and document outcomes
What you’ll bring:
  • Previous experience as a Systems Analyst working with Oracle eBusiness Suite
  • Able to plan and prioritise your work to ensure the achievement of targets and outcomes
  • Numerically strong and enjoy working with data
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Willingness and positive attitude to learning and developing within this area
It would be great if you had:
  • Knowledge of some Military business processes or experience of working in Government Sectors (preferably Defence)
  • Knowledge of Oracle HR or CRM principles and their touch points within HRMS
