Job Description

Are you a confident, bright Swedish, Norwegian or German speaker who seeks a new challenge and do you want to develop your research skills in an international organisation If you can say yes to this, then look no further! We are urgently looking for Swedish, Norwegian or German speaking Market Research Executives to join a dynamic and friendly team in London! This role is a temporary position with an immediate start lasting until the end of January.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Making outbound telephone calls to decision makers to gather specific information via telephone interviews across the Swedish, Norwegian or German market
    • About you:You will need an excellent telephone manner, a flair for communication and you will enjoy talking and listening to people. You must be able to communicate clearly and confidently at a business level as you will be dealing with various clients and departments of the company. This role would be suitable for a Swedish, Norwegian or German speaker who is able to work well in a fast-paced environment with strong research, communication and organisational skills and the ability to understand and explain complex concepts and definitions.Profile:
  • Required to be fluent in Swedish, Norwegian or German to a native level
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in a customer service, telephone research or market research environment
  • Excellent telephone skills are essential, with the confidence to communicate at all levels, including with decision makers
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and ambitious
  • Able to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to start immediately and available for 3-4 weeks
