He enjoys reading, playing piano, chess, but also sporting activities. Tobias has an ADHD and Autism Spectrum diagnosis. Routine is very important to Tobias; he thriveson, and responds well to structure, clear communications, and boundaries. He is a friendly and capable young man however he can become overwhelmed and needs support with self-regulation and concentration. You will be able to recognise triggers and preventand de-escalate challenging situations.Overview of role: We are looking for a professional, nurturing, and experienced SEN Nanny/Manny who can join Tobiass team and help him to reach his full potential. You will be supporting Tobias in the home environment and work alongside his home school teacher and parents toensure there is a consistent approach. This is a busy, fully staffed, professional household; your sole focus is childcare based. You will be working 7 days on 7 days off; handover day is usually on a Wednesday at 12.30pm. You will have a comfortable doubleroom with your own bathroom when on duty. Circa £65,000.00 - £70,000.00gross per annum depending on experience.Who this job would suit: This job will suit an intuitive, creative, and fun nanny/manny with lots of energy! Youll have extensive experience supporting children of similar age with ADHD and autism, fantastic communication skills and eye for detail. You will have a fair and consistentapproach and be resourceful. Youll be a great team player; comfortable working alongside the whole team and liaising with Tobiass school teachers and parents.
