Rota provided 1-2 months in advance.Family/Client Pets: Yes, 2 dogsAccommodation: Bedroom and bathroom within the family home or within the nanny apartment (whilst on shift)Recruiter: JadeAbout this client/child: A fantastic new opportunity is available for a professional Nanny to join a busy and professional household in Knightsbridge as a Nanny on a retained basis. Our client is well known to Snap Care; a family with 3 children, the eldest Samuel is 8 years old, hisbrother Oliver is soon to be 6 and their sister Lily is 2. The children all have different interests, hobbies, and schedules. Each child has their own dedicated Nannies to provide consistent childcare; this role is to ensure cover as and when needed, so youcould be working with any of the three children. Samuel has a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and ADHD; therefore, we require a Nanny specifically with this SEN experience.Overview of role: Ensuring the consistency of care for the children is paramount. This role, by definition, will require you to be extremely flexible, adaptable, and confident in your ability to jump into any of the 3 childrens rotas. This is a fully staff household and yoursole focus is childcare. The role includes regular travel during school holidays to Europe and other countries. During school hours and when on duty with the older children, the Nanny will complete administrative duties and plan activities for evenings, weekends,and holidays. The nature of this role requires a high level of flexibility as you will be covering as and when required, the rota is provided 1-2 months in advance however, at times cover is needed at short notice. The shifts are 24 hours and you might beneeded for 1 -2 shifts at a time, or for 7 shifts in a row (possibly more) for example if travelling with the family, or when you are needed to cover sickness or holidays.Who this job would suit: This role will suit an organised, discrete, confident, and professional Nanny with excellent mainstream and SEN experience with children aged 6+. Youll have comprehensive experience with children with ADHD and autism. You will be a great communicator, withclear spoken English. You will be confident working on your own and using your own initiative, but there is a large team within this household, so you will also have strong teamwork skills. This role will suit someone without ties or commitments; flexibilityis key.
