Job Description

Sustainability & Net Zero Consultant | London | Permanent Ref: DB1545Competitive Salary Plus BenefitsOur client is looking for an experienced Sustainability & Net Zero Consultant to join a growing multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy. The successful candidate will work across multiple sectors such as public, private residential, education,leisure, and many more in the lively city of London.To be considered for this Sustainability & Net Zero Consultant role you will have:

  • BSc/MSc degree in Sustainability, Energy, Engineering, Construction or similar
  • Experience on carbon emission calculations, operational, embodied, and whole life
  • Excellent project management skills and client relationships
  • Experience with BREEAM
  • Brilliant communication skills, written and verbal
  • Excellent analytical and report writing skills
  • Understanding of the built environment
  • Proficient with Revit/CAD
  • Knowledge of net zero policies and regulations
Working as a Sustainability & Net Zero Consultant you will:
  • Develop strategies for Net Zero Carbon, building certification, and health and well-being
  • Build lasting relationships with clients
  • Support with BREEAM, lifecycle cost, carbon analysis, and the analysis of net zero paths on public and private sector construction projects
  • Complete data analysis, client presentations and written reports to a high standard
