Sustainability ConsultantHome-BasedCompetitive Starting SalaryRef: SH1421Our client, a specialist multi-disciplined sustainability and planning consultancy, are currently on the lookout for an experienced and qualified Sustainability Consultant to join their technical team. You will be joining a recognised and award-winning consultancywith projects across the UK as they look to expand their team due to a consistently high workload.The purpose of this role is to provide additional support for their growing BREEAM Team, through the provision of BREEAM, Life Cycle Assessment and London Plan Whole Life Cycle services. Being part of the BREEAM Team you will deliver clear and effectivestrategies to clients.This Sustainability Consultant role will involve:

  • Providing BREEAM Assessments for major London schemes from planning through to completion.
  • Completing BREEAM Life Cycle Assessments (LCA).
  • Providing Whole Life Cycle Carbon Assessments in line with London Plan requirements.
  • Coordinating services with clients, and producing monthly client update reports and billing schedules.
  • Support the team with SAP/SBEM Calculations as and when required.
To be considered for this Sustainability Consultant role, you will ideally:
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Be a qualified BREEAM Assessor.
  • Have experience completing BREEAM Assessments from conception to completion.
  • Have a good level of knowledge on SAP and SBEM Calculations.
  • Have experienced completing Sustainability and Energy Strategies.
