Job Description

Our client is looking for an experienced Surveyor/Senior Surveyor to join their expanding property management team in London. You will be expected to manage a portfolio of commercial properties along with some retail units.Roles and Responsibilities

    • The Ideal Candidate:
  • MRICS qualified preferable, but not essential
  • Previous experience in Property Management
  • Proven track record in resolution of day to day management issues and in building strong client relationships
  • Strong ability to make effective presentations to potential clients
  • Demonstrate a track record with occupational, institutional and/or property company/developer clients
  • Effective Computer Literacy, specifically in Microsoft Office
  • Customer Focus
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of client requirements
  • Collects, reviews and acts upon client feedback
  • Researches into current and future client requirements
  • Demonstrates an awareness of market trends
  • Presents a professional image when dealing with clients and demonstrates self-confidence

  • Good commercial judgement to maximise fee earning potential
