The Role: Great opportunity for an experienced Surgical Rep to join a close knit, growing team in the South East, selling a one-of-a-kind product! The primary focus will be to gain access to hospitals and private clinics across London, drivingnew business within secondary care, targeting surgeons and selling via procurement. The confidence to sell technical products in a surgical setting is crucial for this position.You will be representing a laparoscopic mesh fixation which minimises surgical complications and associated pain, while reducing healthcare costs. A versatile and high performing device that boosts surgeons confidence!The Company: Our client has become a well-established exclusive distributor of medical devices in the UK, working in partnership with several manufacturers across a range of disciplines. Supporting clinicians and providing better resultsfor patients, their portfolio is used across all manner of surgeries across gynae, neuro, cardiac, urology and radiology, just to name a few!To be considered for the surgical rep role you must have:
  • Relevant medical device sales experience in the surgical field
  • Hernia mesh fixation knowledge/experience will significantly enhance your application
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Ability to quickly build rapport that leads to long-term relationships
  • Comfortable with technical products
The Future: The company will continue to grow in its marketplace and your opportunity to develop and progress through your career will develop along with your success as a surgical rep. Some training will take place in Italy as well as shadowinginhouse.The Package for Surgical Rep:
  • Basic: 40-45k
  • Bonus / OTE: 15k uncapped
  • Car: £500 monthly travel allowance (can be used on the car or public transport)
  • Benefits: 24/7 Mental health support.
  • Yearly trips away on the company
