After this unprecedented period of lockdown, we are now looking to recruit a Support Care Officer to apply their customer service experience to acknowledge donations.The Supporter Care Operations Team at RNIB (SCO) prides itself in providing excellentlevels of customer care to our supporters, donors, volunteers and internal stakeholders. The quality of service we provide is tailored to help facilitate every fundraising supporters journey who is in touch with RNIB. The service we deliver helps to protectand retain the valuable income we receive in order to provide our varied services to the blind and partially sighted community.As a Supporter Care Officer, you will deliver a professional supporter response service, specialising in tailored donation acknowledgement,ensuring a high level of customer care whilst complying with statutory regulations and RNIB Group policies and procedures.In addition to providing excellent customer care, you will also play a vital role in continuing to improve our systems and processes withoutimpacting on the quality of service we offer. The successful applicant will offer: A high level of accuracy. The ability to confidently deal with financial issues, as well as an eye for detail in identifying potential in further nurturing donor support.
