Job Description

Join our esteemed client, a passionate advocate for Animal Welfare. We are seeking a dedicated Supporter Care Coordinator to be a vital part of our dynamic team, contributing to impactful campaigns and positive change.This is a temporary role to start ASAP, based in central London, for the first few weeks of starting the expectation would be to go into office 4 days per week for induction purposes but once induction is comple the expecation would be 2 times per month,this is a full time position, working hours 35pw.Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle enquiries and complaints via email and social media, exceeding supporter expectations.
  • Accurately manage data/information in compliance with GDPR, specialising in Gift Aid.
  • Record and report supporter feedback, providing insights for improving their experience.
  • Address sensitive enquiries, demonstrating empathy when needed.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of past and current campaigns to engage effectively with supporters.
  • Contribute to supporter relationships, fundraising, communications, and donor reporting.
Ideal Candidate:We are looking for someone with a solid foundation in customer service, able to handle enquiries with composure and empathy. Experience in telephone, email, and social media communication is essential.
