Tradewind are currently recruiting for experienced Children Residential Support Workers to work within Young people services across London.You will be required to work ad hoc shift on a rota basis with various shift patterns including waking nights and Sleep ins. The shifts are solely based on the clients daily requirements so you need to be flexible and reliable.The young people you will be supporting have various needs including physical or learning disabilities, mental health problems, addiction issues or other emotional or social needs.The young people are independent but will need support when required which could be attending appointments, trying to help them back into the community, helping with school work, and assisting with any other outdoor activities. You will need to be confidentwith report writing and carrying out handovers to other members of staff.To register with Tradewind you will need a minimum of 2 years experience working with Children and be able to supply up to 5 years referencing.
