JOB PURPOSE A full-time role with a focus on the implementation of Global EPR & ESG regulatory compliance. Assist in ensuring the Company is aware of any future legislative changes and developprocesses to ensure compliance ahead of deadlines. Supports the cross functional decision-making and implementation of EPR action plans Manage cross functional working group including IT, Corporate Responsibility, Sustainable Finance, Legal and Regulatory. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the project management across the Burberry teams to ensure the new regulatory requirements under the EU circular action plan and strategy for sustainable textiles. This will include : Products with minimumRecycled Content, Eco-Design and Repair and Recyclability Business preparations to support introduction of product Digital Product Passports Product data availability to support consumer awareness and avoid greenwashing. Implementation of Extended ProducerResponsibility for textiles and footwear and data reporting Business preparations to address changes to limit the unintentional release of microplastics from synthetic textiles Business preparation to support new ESG reporting requirements PERSONAL PROFILE Knowledge & Experience. Have excellent project management skills. Previous experience in implementing change in big program delivery in a Fashion & Luxury environment highly advantageous. Previous experiencein corporate & strategic consultancy advantageous. Excellent MS Office skills (PowerPoint & Excel advanced). Fluent in English. Have a proven understanding and knowledge of the Global Apparel regulations. Have a strong science-based background / education.
