Job Description

The Supply Chain Director is the leader of the function, responsible for the Supply & Demand Planning, S&OP process, Purchasing and Logistics areas of the business.Client DetailsMultinational FMCG company with +30 years of experience in the food manufacturing space.Description

  • Part of the Senior Leadership team to drive the operational performance of the business.
  • Lead the Supply Chain function from end to end, providing a strategic approach but still with high operational proficiency.
  • Manage a high performing Supply Chain team: Supply Chain Planning, Purchasing, Warehousing, Logistics.
  • Lead LT Capacity Planning, partnering closely with Manufacturing sites.
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate supplier contracts.
  • Manage 3P Logistics and the relationship with key fulfilment partners.
Profile
  • +10 years of Supply Chain Management experience in the Food Manufacturing/FMCG industry.
  • Educated to degree level ideally (Engineering, Business).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Experienced driving initiatives and Supply Chain Transformation.
