Job title: Supply Chain Lead - Cyber SecurityLocation: Farnborough/Frimley/Preston - mostly a remote working roleSalary: Circa £65,000 + dependant on experienceWhat youll be doing: • Lead delivery of the Supply Chain elements of the UK cyber security improvement plan. Working collaboratively with the BAE Systems Cyber Security teams to increase the maturity level across the UK businesses• Support ongoing development of end to end governance strategy and framework to enable continuous service improvement for cyber security in the Supply Chain function including cyber security assessments that are aligned to the business objectives and overallcompany strategy• In collaboration with Cyber Security team evaluate new customer and business requirements relating to cyber security in the Supply Chain, ensuring they are adequately addressed in the end to end governance framework• Work closely with UK Security Operations Centre and associated Cyber Security Teams in response to supplier cyber security incidents, ensuring all appropriate Supply Chain BU/Sector stakeholders are informed to enable action• Work in collaboration with the Cyber Security teams to develop a suite of Supply Chain cyber security metrics (and associated dashboards) ensuring incorporation within the appropriate functional and business reporting cycles• Facilitate the sharing and adoption of good practice through cross-business/function collaboration. Working with Inc. and RoW representatives to ensure appropriate adoption of common ways of working• Build and maintain external and internal networks to leverage leading practice and to remain at the forefront of knowledge in respect of cyber security and supply chain in the Aerospace and Defence sectorYour skills and experiences: Essential: • The ability to engage relevant experts to t ranslate complex cyber security Supply Chain guidance into simple, straightforward and practical processes and guidance documentation.• Ability to engage and influence a broad range of stakeholders, including senior leaders and cross business / functional stakeholders and co-workers not within a direct reporting line• Analytical mind-set with an ability to influence at a senior level• Knowledge of cyber security and how to translate this into a Supply Chain environment• Broad knowledge of cyber security and Supply Chain activities, ideally within a technology environment• Background in delivering continuous improvement projects across functions and businessesDesirable: • Any suitable cyber security qualifications or experience that provides a sound knowledge of supplier and supply chain cyber security activities• Experience working in a Supply Chain Assurance team.• Relevant vocational qualification or equivalent experience (e.g. HNC / Prince 2 Foundation / Degree)Benefits: Youll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan.
