The Role:A leading global design studio is looking to hire a Studio Programme Manager into their successful team. Working closely with the Design Team, New Business Team and Finance Team, you will be responsible for providing effective resourcing and delivery of projects across the studio whilst overseeing profitability.This is an opportunity to work with a team of highly talented designers who work on some extraordinary projects across the globe. The company offer a great range of benefits including your birthday off and breakfast in the studio.Key Responsibilities: Chair resource planning meetings Prepare project plans, programmes for projects, populate studio wide schedules and advise on capacity levels Set budgets for project resources Deadline and delivery management Prepare and issue stage approvals letters on completion of workstage deliverables Liaise with project leaders to tackle issues encountered and adjust plan Monthly meetings with Finance Manager to highlight any project issues, approve monthly billings and check on debtors Collaborate with New Business Team on deliverables in contracts Compare forecast resource budgets to actual spendKey Skills: Technical understanding of the stages of interior or architectural design projects Financial and commercial awareness Analytical and methodical approach to problem solving 4+ years experience in a similar environment Excellent MS Word MS Excel Experience using Paprika or similar timesheet management system Outstanding interpersonal skillsTo apply for this position please click on the pink button to attach your CV.By applying for this role you agree to our Privacy Policy (full details are shown at the bottom of our website).The Crowd is an equal opportunities employer and agency.
